After being with another insurance provider for many years, they kept going up in price on me, and I had no accident claims nor tickets. Progressive you have a gem on you hands as far as professionalism and courteousness with your employee Derril Sorrows ( sorry if I spelled that wrong) one of the most patient and at ease persons I've talked to in a while. There was zero confrontation, he made the whole ordeal today very pleasant. As far as progressive itself, I feel like I was taken advantage of and my rates went up without my knowledge followed by conversations with other customer service reps that were less than satisfactory (information deliberately not documented, thank goodness for recordings) some even threatening.
